How do i book a residential or commercial service?

Must be at the house when you arrives for the service?

It’s all up to you! If you have other things to do, let us know how we can access your home. Some customers provide a garage or door code, others leave a key hidden outside. Let us know when you book online or when you call us. Everything that works for you will work for us! Let us know which method you are most comfortable with.

Do you work where there are pets?

Yes, we do it! When you book online or call us, please let us know to make sure our installer knows what to do while in your home.

Will I receive reminders for simple, recurring or prepaid bundled installation services?

When you book online or call us, you can choose to receive a text message or email before each scheduled service. We usually send reminders one day and one hour before each service appointment.

And if I’m not happy with the work, what do you do for me?

How long will it take to install?

Our time on the site will be based on the level of work you select and the extras (if any) you order. We ensure and guarantee the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied, we will come back and ensure that your concerns are addressed. 99% of our customers are satisfied customers.

How do I re-plan or cancel a booked service?

Rescheduling or cancelling is just one click away. Or simply call us at or send us an email and we will update your booking. It only takes a few seconds and we will send you an updated booking confirmation. Our email service reminders may include a Reschedule and/or Cancel button that allows you to reschedule or cancel your booking instantly in predetermined periods before each service.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. In addition, we also accept e-transfer and cheque at the time of service.
